How do I access my account?
From the iBistro online catalog homepage, (click here for Catalog) , you’ll first need to logon. To logon, enter your fourteen digit
barcode (no spaces) from your library card into the box labeled Library Card Number, as found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Then click (do not press <enter>) to move to the Password box below. Your password is 8-10 letters of your last name, or CHANGEME,
if you are new to the system and have not used iBistro before. Type your password into the box and press <enter> or click <Log on
to My Account>. You are now logged on, even though the screen doesn’t give any confirmation.
Click the My Account link found on the menu bar. From there, you have the option to change your password, review your account, or renew
materials.
How do I get materials not in IBistro?
If you have already checked the iBistro online catalog and can’t find what you are looking for, you can check MnLINK. Click MnLink on the
iBistro online catalog menu bar. This opens a window to the MnLINK search page. If you expect to be requesting materials, you can click
the <Sign In> button. You’ll be prompted to enter your fourteen digit library card number. You do not need to enter a PIN or password. The pickup location defaults to your home library. Click the <Sign In> button. You’ll be returned to the basic search page. After you find the title you want to request, click the <Get It> button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Then click the Request via InterLibrary Loan link. Find the Pickup Location box, and select a pickup library from the list of Traverse des Sioux member libraries, then click the red <Submit> button. The system assigns an ILL tracking number. You can track the status of your request by signing in to MnLINK at any time and clicking the My Requests link. Click the Sign out link on the far left column to end your session. The TdS member library that you selected for pickup will notify you when your ILL item has been received.
